Design Story
A groundhog from the meadows of western Sichuan holds a donut, with "Groundhog Day" written above its head. The question left by that old film still holds: if tomorrow is a repeat of today, how should this day be lived? Sun, moon and stars stud the four corners; the answer rests in the palm of your hand — live every day as the one that counts.
Paisley meets groundhog, in homage to the 1993 film Groundhog Day. Paisley patterns, one-of-a-kind paintings in the four corners, and a central groundhog vividly clutching a donut define the look — and beneath the playfulness sits an expression of how to live in the present, and how to give a life meaning.
